Healthy You: Weight Management and Mindful Eating Program
We have what you need for successful weight loss and a life-long journey of good health! Our research-based methods and high success rate continue to make this a popular program for all ages and backgrounds.
Choice 1: Self-Paced Program (cost $50)
Download our curriculum of 10 self-paced units that will help you lose weight by learning behavior change, portion control, hunger and fullness cues, eating mindfully, meal planning, and more. Each unit contains:
- A newsletter with information on both nutrition and physical activity
- Handouts, recipes, activities, and homework to ensure ongoing motivation
Choice 2: Interactive Program (cost $175 includes binder and pedometer)
10 on-campus weekly classes beginning Wednesday, January 23rd from 12-1pm include the above topics in a group setting with:
- Introductory individual meeting with a registered dietitian
- Social support
- Weekly snacks and prizes
- Hands-on cooking class
Individual Weight Loss Consultations
Meet with one of our registered dietitians to assess your current eating and lifestyle habits. From there we will help you set realistic goals for behavior change, and give you the tools to reach them. Your one-hour session includes body measurements; diet assessment; meal planning, shopping and cooking tips; nutrition education related to your individual needs; and plenty of specific recommendations.
